Hello, Larry. I'm a native of Appleton. Welcome to the site. It is so important, and so misunderstood and maligned, what the Lord is doing in the hearts of people outside of the IC. I joined with the OC because it most closely resembled that which was happening in my own life. There are, I am assuming, thousands in the IC who the Lord is awakening, though they may not particularly recognize it, but they are becoming increasingly uncomfortable or rejected around those still grappled by the lethargy of the feel-good religion, rituals and traditions.

Be faithful to follow where the Lord leads for the steps of a righteous man are ordered by the Lord. We are living in perilous times and the "church" is deeply ambivalent to the dire straits we are facing. They aren't aware of the movement of the Holy Spirit, as Scripture equates as wind: unpredictable, as far as man is concerned.

I live near Charlotte, NC, so I'll have to keep in touch via the internet.

Read your blog and position paper on tithing. Good work. Don't live in your area but will enjoy staying in touch through this medium.
