Looking for Organic Resources

Hey All,

I'm looking to make the jump from institutional to organic.  I'm looking for solid and healthy Organic resources to read or listen to.  I have all of Frank Viola's books...I think.  5 or so?  I'm currently trying to find an organic church to visit to further this.  I really think it would help my wife to see more of what this is about and how it works.  She doesn't buy anything just because it's in a book.  She needs something solid.  We both agree that institutional church is broken...especially after my last youth pastoring position.  Worst year and a half of our lives!  We're not trying the organic due to being burned.  It more solidified everything I've always questioned.  It was the straw that broke the camel's back.  We just kept on keeping on because it was really all we could do.  I just didn't know what other option there was.  Now I have an option! :)  We are totally in the wilderness and I'm trying to get all the healthy info I can get my grubby little hands on.  Any help would be great!
