Hello Everyone--
My husband and I just returned from the Organic Church Conference in Orlando. If there is a group in the Naperville area that is already meeting, we would love to join you. If any of you live in or near Naperville and are interested in starting a group, we'd love to hear from you. And if you've had any experience with getting a group started, we'd love to hear your ideas and suggestions. (No point in re-inventing the wheel, right?) Thanks in advance, and we're looking forward to connecting with you.
Vickie
Just sent a request. Being that you don't exist even after I had your email, I had to resort to other means of finding you. Found a relative of yours, I think, and found you that way.
I do not really know how this thing works but does anyone know any organizations that are missional in norther India or Nepal that are focused on reaching the unreached with an organic mindset and mission I have found some in Africa but not India. please send me a message or respond however if so. Thanks so much
Hi Michael,
I'm fairly new to organic church, so personally am not terribly informed about organic churches in other countries. I've forwarded your query to the other members of our group though, and I'll let you know if anyone has anything for you. You also might want to post your question as its own thread...I think more people will see it that way.
Kind Regards,
Vickie
Michael, I can point you toward people who have considerable connection with simple/ organic church in India, Nepal. In fact, they just returned from there! Go to simplechurch.com. Search for Tony and Felicity Dale, through the member/ community tab-menu, and send them an inquiry. You'll likely have to register as a member to write on the site, but it's the same procedure as for this site, and operating on the same network platform.
I don't know if you got my message my name Keith and I live in Lynchburg ,va..Iike this saying I make tshirts when I can afford can I use this? I am not try to get rich I want to get the truth out.

Michael, my experiences with such groups for more than 20 years now is pretty much the same. Some of them broke up over childish things, such as fleshly disputes, others because they wanted that "religious fix" like spiritual junkies…
Malcolm, I agree with Elaine that this succinct presentation is very helpful. Thank you. The one matter of baptism(s) has been an issue that has occasioned the setting of God's children against one another for almost 2000 years, with such…
A few weeks back I shared a book review with all of you as I felt it was worthy of your reading. This week I find myself doing the same thing again. You are probably wondering if I have suddenly become a “book reviewer” which of course is not the case at all. In fact quite the contrary. The thing is that for the first time in a very long time I have picked up two books that have really impressed something new in my heart. Not necessarily because the topic was new but more so because of the way…See More
Great story, Michael -- and a good analogy. Two options: contriving a sense of safety/ control or trusting the God who reveals. One is an illusion; the other is life.
I know I'm responding to myself, but I had idea. I like stories; sometimes they teach us about ourselves. A couple of weeks ago I needed some engine work done on an old Chevy. Tired of paying a mechanic…
