Organic Church Today

We are a nontraditional and nondenominational spirit led group of people being obedient to God and the Holy Bible concerning fellowship, the edification of the body of Christ, study of the Holy Bible, and use of spiritual gifts to fulfill Christ’s mandate to spread the gospel throughout the world. The Bible in its entirety, studied in its proper perspective, and leading of the Holy Spirit is what we use to determine the course of this organization.

What Kind of Organization is Choice Ministries?

Choice Ministries is not a church. We view the church as a living organism that is part of God’s kingdom and not an organization. (1 Corinthians 6:19) In other words, the church should not be identified by the characteristics of religious offices, programs, rituals, hierarchy, beautiful buildings, or great music, BUT as a community of people who have a love for God and others and testimony about the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

We believe the Bible portrays the church as the bride of Christ with Jesus Christ as the head of THE church. (Colossians 1:18) By THE church we believe the Bible is explicit in defining one body, one faith, one baptism, and one spirit. (Ephesians 4:4) We do not believe that God supports division in His kingdom either by titles, cultures, race, gender, denominations, social status or class, or any other characteristics. (Mark 3:24, Galatians 3:28)

What We Believe You Should Know When You Accept Jesus Christ

We believe in sharing with you the perspective we have concerning what every believer should understand when they receive the gift of salvation.

There is one God that reveals Himself as Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit and is the Supreme Being that created the universe and has all power and authority over everything both living and dead.

The Bible is the Word of God and reveals the will and mind of God and defines the principles of Christianity.

Salvation is a free gift of God received through faith by believing that Jesus Christ died for you and rose again from the dead.

Jesus Christ has reconciled every believer to God and is preparing a place for us in heaven and when humanity has accomplished its role in the Earth (Genesis 1:28, John 14:12, Acts 13:47) God will send Jesus Christ back to the Earth to retrieve His bride THE church.

Every believer has an opportunity to receive all of the spiritual gifts defined in 1 Corinthians 12 by faith and can use them freely as the Spirit of God leads them.

Satan is defeated.

Every person has an opportunity to be intimate with God because of what Jesus Christ has accomplished through His death and resurrection.

Every believer of Jesus Christ is a part of God’s kingdom and has an inherited right to freely express their testimony and spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The only thing standing between a person and the fulfillment of their destiny is their measure of faith in what God has said.

God is a God of choice.

God has and will give every person a fair and just opportunity to choose Him.

Choice Ministries Believes in YOU

We do not take our ability to impact your life lightly. We believe that you are great and can accomplish anything with Jesus Christ. We pray that you understand what God has said about you, what we believe, about you, and live up to what you believe by accepting the following affirmations compiled by kenboa.org concerning what the Bible says about you:

Don't Limit Opportunities

I want to start out by saying how thankful I am for OCT and the people who support and encourage so consistently. I am still learning my way around the site. I check the site every day for new stuff. I am surprised when I see that a lot of times I am the only one online.Wasn't really sure what to title this because I have a couple of things on my mind. Been really praying about what God wants me to do. Sometimes can get frustrated wanting to do something so big for God. But I have realized as I…See More

Leaving it behind

Hello Brothers and Sisters,This week I come to you from the top of the Arbel mountain where Jesus prayed after feeding the 5000. On my way down I stumbled with the view of a small town which is the place someone well known came from. Someone whom discovered in her journey something many of us know in our minds but not necessarily in our hearts.I hope it adds to your ammunition pack for the journey ahead of you!Travel WellPablo…See More
