Hi Rick!

You are welcome and thanks for joining. I pray that you enjoy this book as much as I did. I am looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it!

Thanks for the invite. I haven't read this yet, but am looking forward to it. Looking at the reviews it seems a very good idea to find a copy of the Kregel Publications version. Amazon doesn't have it, but I found a used copy at barnesandnoble.com. It's also available directly from Kregel at http://store.kregel.com/productdetails.cfm?PC=1676 but it's out of stock until end of July.

DescriptionA consistent best-seller, redesigned for contemporary readers. The Psalmist says, “The heavens declare the glory of God and the firmament showeth His handiwork.” Building upon ancient astronomical sources and modern scientific data, E W Bullinger shows how the constellations witness to the accuracy of biblical prophetic truths. Numerous celestial charts and diagrams are provided to lend vivid support to his conclusions. Includes numerous illustrations of the stars. Combines scientific and historical data to support the Scriptures. For more than two thousand five hundred years the world was without a written revelation from God. The question is, Did God leave Himself without a witness? The question is answered very positively by the written Word that He did not. In Romans 1:19 it is declared that, "that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath showed it unto them. For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse." But how was God known? How were His "invisible things," i.e., His plans, His purposes, and His counsels, known since the creation of the world?

God wrote the story of His Son in the heavens at creation! His life, sacrifice second, coming are depicted in constellations know today as the Zodiac. Is this a perversion of what our God was trying to tell us? After reading this book I think so! I would like to know what you think!
