He is the Head of His Body the Church and He is in people. I find when that comes up with some of my friends and you ask that, they kind of wave it off and dismiss it... it's almost like they don't wnat to "examine themselves to see if they are in the faith".

I don't really know the answer to that, Miguel. I would suggest a leadership reading or "Church Turned Inside Out" by Alan Karr and Linda Bergquist.
How then, does a church that IS institutional in it's method and structure, become organic?
