| Religion | Romans 6:11 (Alive in Christ) - Jesus did not come to bring religion. He came to bring us His life, that we may know Him and live by that higher eternal life. Once you know, there is no turning back; there's only going deeper. John 3:11 "Truly, truly, I say to you, we speak of what we know and testify of what we have seen" 1 John 5:20 And we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us understanding so that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life. John 4:13-14 Jesus answered and said to her, "Everyone who drinks of this water will thirst again; but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him shall never thirst; but the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life." |

I will absolutely be praying for you and your journey. What an amazing opportunity and blessing for you and your wife to shine for Him. I know that He has already gone before you and made your paths straight, from safe travel, good health and lodging to the fullness of the Spirit and authentic ministry. The Comforter is there for all your needs. May He powerfully use you and your wife to reflect the depths of Jesus. I pray that God would give you amazing revelation and insight into His Word and truth and would make it clear to you what you should teach and how you should teach it. Keep your eyes on the Risen One brother Jim and may the Lord bless you in your faithful service to Him.
Thanks, Dustin. I invite you to pray with us concerning something specific. My wife and I leave for Nigeria on November 10, as part of a team, to support the church in the southern part of that country with their efforts at bringing compassionate provision into villages -- borehole wells, medical clinic, care of orphans. I have been asked to do some teaching as well as bring encouragement to teachers. Our desire is that, as we come together as members of Christ's one body, He will express Himself through us and find joy in our oneness in Him. We want to discern His Spirit and be atuned to Him in His activity. It's two-week visit. We expect to learn much.
Dustin, thank you for exalting Christ on your site page. Indeed, in Him alone is life. In Him alone the Father is well-pleased. We long that He may be known by all who dwell on earth. We rejoice that all things will be summed up in Him.
Thank you, too, for the photo-glimpse of your family. May you together purpose to allow Christ-in-you to be demonstrated through you, for His pleasure and for the benefit of others who will get hints of who He is.
