prayer statistics assumption

"no meat"how many hours of life should we be - more inwardly active, less ambitious for things to do + more removed from the World?if work takes 50%, sleep takes 30%, then 20% of 168 hrs in a week remaining is 30 hrs. four hrs a day to do all the rest of what we do.if 10% of that were inward reflection that would be 20 minutes. so the 2 minutes I spend is a one percent contribution to my spiritual well being. a bone;no meat, milk or honey.pray incessantly, in all things give thanks.. let that…See More

how many hours of life should we be - more inwardly active, less ambitious for things to do + more removed from the World?
